Being functionally fit has the potential to add active years to your life, fight weight gain, and help prevent disease. Regular exercise combats heart and stroke disease, many cancers, Alzheimer's, diabetes, and more.

Deborah builds on her solid foundation of a degree in physical education from McGill University with extensive training in pilates, cardio/heart healthy exercise, and strength training to give private in home or studio lessons.

Fitness and GRACE

Specialties include strength training, core development, flexibility and balance, cardio-vascular, and running programs. She also provides overall fitness and weight loss guidance.

For a low-level workout or intensive bootcamp to boost fitness or weight loss, or if you're already active and simply wish to be competitive, Body by GRACE can help.
